Remote Solutions
We offer remote services to our clients via the internet using secure software to diagnose and repair your computer problems. We can offer this at a discounted rate of £20.00 per hour giving you a money saving alternative to having an engineer visit your house, Plus the convenience of having a skilled technician work on your machine whilst you are going about your daily business, watching our technician work or relaxing in front of the television. All you need is an active connection to the internet and a piece of software you will need to install as a one off. Due to the increasing use and demand of this service, it may not always be possible to deal with your case immediately. Should this instance arise and we have no technicians available at the time of your query you have the option to book a time slot so we can get your issues dealt with.
We would in the first instance ask you to
contact us to arrange a time for this service to take place. For security reasons we would then provide you instructions via email of how to install the required software needed.
Payment for this service can be made by either Google checkout or Paypal and because of the nature of the service we would ask that a deposit of 1 hour (£20.00) be taken before our technicians begin working on your machine. We do apologise for the neccessity for the deposit, however we have had instances whereby we have not been paid for our services and this causes bad feelings between ourselves and our clients which we wish to avoid.
